Feel Better in your Body again

A more thoughtful, physician led approach to weight loss that listens, guides, and stays with you.

Led by Mark and Shelby Herndon, built on experience, and designed to support you every step of the way

If you are here, there is a good chance you have been trying to figure this out for a long time.

You have changed your eating habits. You have started and stopped plans. You have pushed yourself to stay consistent. And still, the results never felt steady or lasting.

At some point, it stops feeling frustrating and starts feeling exhausting.

Southern Concierge Wellness was created by Shelby and her husband Mark to offer something different.

After experiencing her own success with medical weight loss, Shelby saw firsthand how powerful the right support could be. Not just the medication, but having someone guide you, adjust with you, and actually stay involved.

Mark, a board certified general surgeon and medical director of the practice, had a similar experience. Together, they built a model of care that reflects both clinical expertise and real life understanding.

This is not a high volume clinic.
This is not a quick in and out visit.

This is concierge care.

Because the practice is intentionally small and local, Mark and Shelby are able to stay closely involved with every patient. You are not handed a plan and left to figure it out. You have direct, ongoing support from people who understand both the medical side and the personal side of weight loss.
